Dundee-born international DJ and producer Hannah Laing will this week host an exclusive breathwork session at Street Soccer’s Change Centre Dundee.

The event, hosted by Hannah’s personal coach and breathwork specialist Dan Borsberry, will take place on Thursday January 15 from 7:00pm to 9:00pm.

Limited to 40 places and costing £10 per ticket, all proceeds from the event will go towards Change Centre Dundee to fund Street Soccer’s programmes and work in the Dundee area.

The workshop will focus on breathwork and its benefits in supporting everyday life and reducing anxiety and stress.

Hannah has spoken publicly about her own personal development with breathwork, and how it now forms part of her pre-show routine and has reduced her reliance on alcohol.

The Scottish DJ star has been open about her journey with breathwork, and is now three months sober after adopting a regular breathwork routine to “manage performance anxiety”.

Hannah’s journey aligns with Street Soccer’s social mission to create positive change, and serves as an inspiration to those in the community facing similar challenges.

Thursday’s workshop serves as the latest in Hannah’s ongoing collaboration with the Change Centre Dundee.

In December, the award-nominated artist officially launched doof Studios at the Change Centre, in collaboration with Street Soccer and Turn the Tables.

The studio is a community-focussed DJ and music production space, and is available to hire from just £5 an hour.
