The award-winning insight and communications agency teams up with charity Street Soccer London to back Team England, bringing fresh energy, visibility and media support to players preparing for Oslo.
Street Soccer London, the official Team England partner for the Homeless World Cup, is proud that they will be working in partnership with The Ripple Effect, the insight and communications agency, ahead of the 2025 tournament in Oslo.
The Ripple Effect joins an inspiring group of supporters, including Cuvva, The Burness Paull Foundation and the David Yarrow Family Foundation, who have already pledged their support for the team’s journey this year. As part of the partnership, The Ripple Effect will be an official team sponsor, with their logo featured on the front of Team England’s away shirt. The agency will also provide dedicated PR support to the team throughout the tournament.

This partnership reflects the growing momentum for the Homeless World Cup movement and the impact of Street Soccer London, who use football as a tool for positive change in the lives of young people and adults affected by homelessness, the criminal justice system, social exclusion or those seeking asylum
“We’re delighted to be partnering with The Ripple Effect to help send Team England to this year’s Homeless World Cup,” said David Duke MBE, Founder and CEO of Street Soccer. “Their support goes far beyond a logo. The Ripple Effect is helping us tell our story and giving our players a platform. With them on board, we can show the world what this team is all about.”
“Championing people and causes that create real change is what we’re all about, so teaming up with Street Soccer to support Team England at the Homeless World Cup couldn’t be a better fit.” said Frankie Wheeler, Co-Founder of The Ripple Effect. “Street Soccer is doing incredible work, using football as a force for rebuilding lives and reconnecting people with purpose and community. It’s the kind of grassroots impact we deeply believe in, and one we’re proud to get behind.
We’ve supported homelessness charities for years, and this partnership is another step in our commitment to helping brilliant organisations do what they do best. We’re delighted to be heading out to Oslo to support Team England in person, and the whole Ripple team will be right behind them. Let’s go!”
Street Soccer London made its debut as the official Team England partner at the 2024 Homeless World Cup in Seoul, where the team delivered an unforgettable performance, finishing as runners-up after a dramatic final against Mexico. The 2025 tournament will take place this August in Oslo.
